Tax Assesment Appeal Appraisals

Here at Home Appraisals, Inc. we have seen an increase in TAX ASSESMENT APPEAL APPRAISALS over the past three years. This is due to declining REAL ESTATE VALUES. In the past it used to be that the ASSESED VALUE was less than the MARKET VALUE. Since we have been in a decling market we are now seeing in many cases that the ASSESED VALUE is higher than the MARKET VALUE. If this is the case, than you might be paying to much in TAXES.
